Hello Friends,

Holiday greetings to you! We hope you have had a good December so far. Have the holidays come at you like a freight train? How did we get to the end of the year so fast? This is often a busy time of year and we hope you are practicing good self-care…whether you love the holidays or feel blue or overwhelmed or perhaps some combination of all three.

We hope you are able to find your joy, even in challenging circumstances… a joy tune up, if you will. Ross Gay says that joy and connection are THE reasons to be alive.
