Art & Resilience Workshop
Doodles wanted. No talent required :)
It has been a whirlwind of week (month, year, etc. if we’re being honest). That makes it a great time to come together! We’ve got a wonderfully entertaining workshop planned for you this month. We’re going to help you fight anxiety and autocracy with style! Come and doodle with us!!
There is not a better way to untangle our thoughts and have fun than by doing some art together. Let’s use art to de-stress and unwind. It’s often said if we hadn’t stopped doing arts and crafts together in elementary school, we wouldn’t have fascists. Oh, maybe that’s not the saying but maybe it’s true.
Come and find your Zen as we learn to use parts of our brain we don’t use as often as others. Allow yourself to go with the flow as we doodle together and enjoy coming together. Amy will lead us through some wonderful art therapy, while Heather demonstrates that absolutely no talent is required (This is Heather writing that!)
